Today I learned how to make empanadas for breakfast. You start by making tortilla dough with corn flour, water, and salt. Mash the dough into a circle with your fingers. Top with a lump of filling.

We used beans for filling, but I had banana empanadas and they were amazing. Onion ones are great too.

Fold the empanada in half and fry it in oil.

When it’s golden brown, eat it! Mmm!
